Terms & Conditions
Acceptance of operational terms
By utilizing the Apex Athletics website, creating an organizer account, or submitting a booking brief, you unconditionally agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between your organization and Apex Athletics Agency Ltd. They govern the execution of all tournament formats, venue acquisitions, and refereeing deployments managed by our agency. If you do not accept these terms, you must not proceed with the brief submission process.
Tournament package pricing and deposits
All prices listed in our catalog are base estimates in CAD (Canadian Dollars). Final pricing is contingent upon the exact participant cap, final venue selection, and requested VIP add-ons. Upon confirmation of the event brief, a non-refundable 40% deposit is required to secure the venue and operational staff. The remaining balances are structured as per our finalized operational contract, typically requiring 40% 30 days prior to the event and 20% upon delivery of post-event media assets.
Event brief confirmation process
Submitting an event brief through our booking basket constitutes a formal request for consultation. It does not instantly bind us to execute the event on your proposed dates until an official operational contract is signed by both parties. Apex Athletics reserves the right to decline any brief if venue logistics, certified referee availability, or safety standards cannot be met for the requested timeline.
Venue rules and participant conduct
All participants must strictly adhere to the rules of the selected venue and the specific code of conduct enforced by Apex Athletics. Our tournament directors and certified referees have absolute, final authority on the field. Any participant displaying violent behavior, aggressive dissent, or willful destruction of property will be immediately disqualified and removed from the premises. The organizing corporate entity is ultimately responsible for the conduct of their participants.
Limitation of liability during athletic events
Athletic competition carries inherent risks. While Apex Athletics provides comprehensive medical action plans and standby personnel, we are not liable for sports-related injuries sustained during normal gameplay. All participants are required to execute a digital liability waiver acknowledging these risks prior to participation. Apex Athletics limits its liability strictly to instances of provable gross negligence in the execution of our operational duties.
